Nearly 90 Flights Connected to Jeffrey Epstein Allegedly Came to or from British Airfields

An investigation has found that close to 90 flights connected to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein are said to have arrived at and departed from British airfields, with some reportedly transporting British women who assert they were abused by the convicted sex offender.

Flight Logs Show Pattern of Travel

These aviation records were part of a trove of court documents and files released by the estate of Jeffrey Epstein that have been made public over the past year. The investigation uncovered 87 flights tied to Epstein – encompassing many that were previously unknown – arriving or departing from British airfields between the early 1990s and 2018.

Onboard Individuals and Post-Conviction Flights

Unnamed “females” were listed among the individuals flying to and from the UK. Crucially, 15 of these UK flights happened after Epstein’s 2008 conviction for soliciting sex from a minor.

“This is ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘comprehensive British inquiry’ into his dealings in the country,” said American attorneys acting for numerous Epstein survivors.

UK Survivors and Court Cases

Evidence from one of the UK-based survivors aided the conviction of Epstein’s associate socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of child sex-trafficking in the US in 2021. Yet, that individual has not received any contact by British law enforcement, as stated by her Florida-based lawyer.

In a response, the London's Metropolitan Police indicated they had “not been provided with any additional evidence that would support reopening the investigation.” They commented, “Should fresh and pertinent evidence be presented to us, encompassing any arising from the release of documents in the US, we will assess it.”

Ongoing Document Release and Legal Rulings

Proposed legislation to disclose every document held by the American government in relation to Epstein was approved by the US Congress last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to adhere to this requirement. Hundreds of thousands of files are projected to be released.

In a related development, a federal judge ruled last week that the DOJ could disclose case files from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s close friend, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence over the charges.
